Core Training Part 1 (14.5 content hours) and Part 2 (7.25 content hours) can be run in-house in your location for up to 30 frontline staff, team leaders and line managers per workshop. Mini Guide and booklets containing presentation slides and resources are provided as participant handouts at Core Training Part 1. Core Training Part 2 delivers no additional content, but increases participants' confidence to apply the methodology in their daily work and trouble-shoot implementation challenges. The two days of Core Training Part 1 can be run at separate times within a three month period. One-day workshop (6 CPD hours not including breaks) for up to 30 participants. See our HealthChange® Introduction Workshop brochure for workshop content details. This workshop is useful for organisations not wishing to put their staff through an entire 2-day Core Training Part 1 workshop (14.5 CPD hours). This much shorter workshop is based on the format and content of the HealthChange® Mini Guide. The Mini Guide and copies of presentation slides are provided as participant handouts. The workshop provides a useful overview of the HealthChange® Methodology Practice Principles, Essential Techniques and Decision Framework in less depth and with fewer videos and practical exercises than the full 2-day workshop.
